Working Together
We start with a free 30-minute discovery call to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. From there I put together a clear proposal with scope, timeline, and cost. Once approved, we kick off with a project brief, then move through design/architecture → development → review → launch. You're involved at every milestone.
I work solo on most projects — which means you get direct, consistent communication with the person actually building your product. For larger engagements I work with a small, trusted network of designers and specialists when needed.
A rough brief covering: what you're building, who it's for, your timeline, and your budget range. You don't need a detailed spec — I'll help you shape the requirements during the discovery call.
Yes, absolutely. I'm happy to sign a mutual NDA before any detailed discussions if your project requires confidentiality.
Timelines & Availability
It depends on scope. A landing page or simple website: 1–2 weeks. A full web app or Shopify store: 3–8 weeks. I'll give you a specific timeline estimate in the proposal.
My availability varies. The best way to check is to book a discovery call — I'll let you know my current timeline and whether I can fit your project in. I typically take on 2–3 projects at a time to keep quality high.
Sometimes, depending on my current workload. Rush projects may carry a priority fee. Let me know your hard deadline upfront and I'll be honest about whether it's achievable.
Pricing & Payments
I prefer fixed-price project quotes for defined scope — it gives you cost certainty and aligns incentives. For ongoing support, retainer, or open-ended work, I quote an hourly or monthly rate.
Every project is quoted individually based on its scope, complexity, and requirements. As a general guide: • Landing pages: From $1,000 • Business websites: $2,000–$5,000 • Shopify stores: From $3,000 • Custom web applications: $5,000+ After a discovery call, I'll provide a fixed-price proposal tailored to your project, including a clear scope, timeline, and deliverables.
Projects are typically split into milestone payments. An invoice is issued before each milestone begins, and work continues once payment is received. I accept bank transfer and PayPal.
For long-running projects, yes — milestone-based payments are built into the contract so you pay as work is delivered, not all upfront.
Revisions & Support
Every project includes revision rounds at defined milestones — typically 2 rounds of design feedback and 1 round of post-development QA. Requests outside agreed scope are quoted separately at my standard rate.
Yes. I offer post-launch support packages covering bug fixes, updates, and small feature additions. We can set up a monthly retainer or handle support on an as-needed basis — whatever suits you.
Bugs caused by my code are fixed at no charge within 30 days of launch. For anything outside that window, or changes driven by third-party platform updates, standard support rates apply.
Technical
Yes — full ownership of all custom code transfers to you upon final payment. I don't retain any license or rights to your codebase. Any third-party licenses (such as paid plugins, themes, or SaaS services) remain subject to their own licensing terms.
Yes. I'm comfortable picking up existing projects, auditing legacy code, and refactoring or extending what's already there — not just greenfield builds.
Yes. I typically deploy to Vercel (Next.js/React), AWS (custom stacks), or your preferred cloud provider. I can also hand off to your team with full documentation if you prefer to manage hosting yourself.
