Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing this website or engaging Vimal Gandhi for development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Services
- I provide software development services including web development, mobile app development, Shopify, WordPress, and Cloud Infrastructure.
- All project scope, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms are defined in a separate written proposal or contract agreed upon by both parties before work begins.

Intellectual Property
- Upon receipt of full payment, all custom code and deliverables created specifically for your project are assigned to you. You own them outright.
- I retain the right to display the project in my portfolio (without revealing confidential client information) unless we agree otherwise in writing.
- Third-party libraries and open-source components remain subject to their own respective licenses.

Payment
- Payment terms are defined per project in the agreed proposal. A deposit is typically required before work begins.
- Late payments may result in work being paused. Final deliverables or deployment may be withheld until payment is received in full.
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for any applicable local taxes.

Revisions & Changes in Scope
- Revision rounds included in a project are defined in the proposal. Additional revisions outside agreed scope will be quoted and billed separately.
- Significant changes to project requirements after work has begun may affect the timeline and total cost, and will be documented and agreed upon in writing before proceeding.

Warranties & Liability
- I warrant that the work will be performed with reasonable skill and care, and deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed specification at delivery.
- I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of the delivered work.
- My total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for that specific project.

Confidentiality
- I will keep confidential any proprietary information you share during a project engagement and will not disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
- You agree to keep confidential any proprietary tools, workflows, or methodologies I share during the engagement.

Termination
- Either party may terminate a project engagement with written notice. You agree to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.
- Work already delivered or deployed remains yours subject to payment of outstanding amounts.

- You may browse this website for informational purposes. You may not reproduce or distribute content from this site without explicit written permission.
- I reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of this site at any time without notice.

Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction.
